The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to try on the garments as soon as possible after receiving the garments. In case of a smaller or bigger size just inform us on inquiry@15buttons.in and we will arrange a reverse pickup and ship another piece for you at no additional charge.
Product Exchanges
Incase you are not happy with the style or material of the product you ordered, going for a product exchange is a good option. Just let us know about the article you want in exchange and we will book reverse pickup and send your desired articles. If the new products are of same or lesser value there are no extra charges applied. Incase the new products are of higher value, just need to pay the difference amount.
