No, you do not need a tailor for measurements. Please refer to our Measurements section for detailed ways and videos on measurements.

Just click on SHOP, Select the option, Customise as per your needs, Proceed to Checkout & Pay. You will get a confirmation on the website as well as an email on your valid Email ID.

Once your order is placed and confirmed with us, it takes roughly 10-14 days for us to deliver a custom tailored shirt for you anywhere in India. We at 15 Buttons are committed to ensure timely delivery of your shirt/s, however, in case of any kind of delay due to unavoidable circumstances, we shall inform you the same via email.

As of now we are delivering within India only. We will keep you’ll updated on social media platforms once we start shipping internationally.

In that case, we apologise for the inconvenience firstly. Please email on support@15buttons.in or call us on 9930109537 regarding the alternations. Let us know what time and date you want the shirt to be picked up and we will get it altered for the first time without any extra charges. Please note the alteration request needs to be made within 15 days from receipt of the shirt. 

If you are not satisfied with the colour or design of your shirt, we request you to email or whatsapp us the images of same, we will in this case proceed for an exchange and get you your desired fabric design and colour tailored shirt. Alternatively, you may return the shirt and receive a credit note of full amount that can be redeemed anytime by you within 12 months.

You may pay using your credit/debit card, net banking, mobile wallets linked with us or alternatively select cash on delivery. Please note, in case of cash on delivery the parcel will be handed over and can be opened only once the payment. In case there is anything wrong with the order, you may contact our support team.

The pricing is based and differs based on your selection of fabrics. The basic price difference in any shirt arises due to difference in the quality (count/construction/blend) of the fabric. To know more about the fabric please go to our Fabrics section. There are no additional charges for customization provided by us. 

Our prices are exclusive of taxes i.e. GST (5-12%). The tax amount will be displayed during checkout.
